ORGNZE® schedules sessions one to two weeks in advance to ensure our full attention and the best possible experience for every client.
All bookings require a minimum of 4 hours per organizer. This reflects the practical reality of travel, setup, and the level of work required to make meaningful progress — anything less is not economically viable for either party.
Organizing is hands-on work, and actual time varies depending on the scope, volume, and decisions made along the way. Our hour and staffing recommendations are based on seven years of experience and are intended to give you an honest, realistic picture of what your project requires. That said, we cannot determine the exact time needed until work is underway.
We will always give you our best professional assessment of what a project needs. You are welcome to adjust from there, and we are happy to discuss your estimate before booking if you have questions.
